This is Morgan, our dedicated transaction coordinator! She's been married to her amazing husband for 10 years and they are having a blast raising their two little boys. Fun fact: she doesn't live in NY! She works completely remote in Virginia. She loves that working with The Holscher Team gives her the flexibility to continue to prioritize raising her two amazing boys while working remotely.

This is Ben Cotter, our amazing photographer & videographer! He and his wife are living in the beautiful city of the hills, raising their adorable daughter together. Fun fact: Ben also works as a chiropractor and is in the process of building a house! Funner fact: He won the NY State Championship for the long jump! Ben loves using his tech savvy and creativity to produce bautiful media packages for our clients.

Meet the Founder

Hello!

My beautiful wife, Jessica, and I grew up in the area. We currently live in Oneonta in a country home overlooking the mountains with our beloved son, Terran, our pup Aida, and over 100 house plants (thanks to my wife and her green thumb!). I love to hike, run, and spend time in the outdoors. Jess loves to garden, practice yoga, and soak up the sunshine on our property. So far, we can say confidently that Terran likes to smile, laugh, snuggle, explore, eat and play! His first phrase was, “I did it.” Only a few years old and his personality is already shining through.

Why did I start a real estate sales business? Growing up in Upstate New York I developed a deep love for the people and places of the Empire State. I approach life and work with sincerity, honesty, and passion. There is nothing more rewarding than serving others and seeing them find a place they are proud to call home or an investment that enables them to achieve their goals.I bought my first rental property while studying marketing, management and history at Hillsdale College. Since then, real estate has become an outlet of creativity, passion and financial growth for me and my family. I find fulfillment in helping others to own and enjoy real estate in all it’s forms, and believe strongly that it is one of the surest paths to financial freedom. My wife and I own a general contracting business called Nailed It by Holscher Construction which offers our company leverage to get deals done and deeper insight into the the structures and properties that we sell. Out mission is to help our clients buy a home or land, repair, build or remodel as needed, and eventually when the time comes, to sell it for top dollar.

Investing in people.

In 2013 I founded a non-profit operation in Hillsdale, Michigan, which is still thriving as a service organization to this day. Ultimately, I am most passionate about investing in people, for the places we call home are given meaning by the relationships we hold dear and the kindness we show one another. I believe we all have a chance to improve the lives of our friends and neighbors by investing our time and resources into our community. Representing my clients well and building a thriving business is one of the ways I can give back to others, and the community I’m proud to call home.
